"Tadayou" is an application designed to support meditation practice by harnessing smartphone features such as visuals, music, and interactive elements to help users achieve a peaceful state of mind.

Swipe in the rhythm of your breaths: Coordinate finger swipes with your breathing pattern to observe the circles contract and the background change. This visualization technique fosters breath-consciousness and enhances concentration.
Add and visualize distractions: Address intrusive thoughts during meditation by adding them to the screen. Visualizing distractions allows for objective observation, supporting a return to focus on your breath.
